Cookie Policy
Last updated: 6 November 2026. This notice explains cookies and similar storage used by Wonderwall Art. Read our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.
Your choices
Use the cookie banner to accept, reject or customise optional storage. Necessary shopping, security and requested service functions remain available. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer at any time. Closing the banner or continuing to browse does not count as consent to optional tracking. Withdrawing consent stops later optional use; it does not undo earlier lawful processing.
Necessary shopping and security storage
WooCommerce uses shopping-basket and session storage, including woocommerce_items_in_cart, woocommerce_cart_hash and wp_woocommerce_session_* where needed to remember your basket and checkout session. Basket indicators generally last for the browser session; the WooCommerce customer session normally lasts up to two days. WordPress uses login/security cookies such as wordpress_logged_in_* and wordpress_sec_* when you sign in, and wordpress_test_cookie to check browser support. Login duration depends on whether Remember me is selected. Administrative display preferences are used only for authorised staff.
Requested artwork and favourites features
The portrait studio uses the wwpa_session security cookie for up to 24 hours, and browser storage keys wwpa-job and wwpa-saved-job to restore the private previews and artwork choice you requested. Unpurchased previews expire after seven days. Keep saved-preview links private. The favourites feature stores your selected artwork in this browser when you use it. You can remove favourites through that feature or clear site storage. These functions are used to provide your requested service; they are not advertising profiles.
Consent preferences
Our consent manager stores your category decisions and policy version using cmplz_* preference cookies so your choices can be respected on later visits. The retention period is shown by the consent manager and may be reset if this policy changes. These records do not give us permission to enable categories you rejected.
Optional statistics, advertising and external services
Optional WooCommerce order-attribution statistics use sbjs_* cookies to record the source of a visit, referring page, visit time and session page views. These are controlled through the Statistics choice. Most expire with the browser session; sbjs_session normally expires after 30 minutes. Attribution information is attached to an order if you place one. No Google Analytics or advertising pixels are currently configured through our consent manager. If optional statistics or marketing tools are added, consent must be obtained before non-essential tracking runs and this policy must be updated. Sharing buttons open your chosen external app only after you use them; the external service has its own privacy and cookie rules. Portrait generation is a server-side service request to OpenAI, described in our Privacy Policy; it is not an advertising cookie.
Managing or deleting storage
You can change optional choices through Cookie settings, and your browser can block or delete cookies and local storage. Deleting necessary storage may empty your basket, sign you out, remove favourites or prevent saved portraits from being restored. Your choice is specific to the browser/device and may need to be made again after clearing site data.
